GREEN HOUSE

An elegant apartment 50 meters from the sea, with a comfortable veranda, surrounded by a well-kept garden including outdoor showers. Near the house there is also a convenient parking. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and an external veranda overlooking the garden and the sea. In the sleeping area  there are 2 bedrooms, one double with a view of the panorama, another double plus two single beds, and a courtesy bathroom. They can accommodate 4 to 6 people.

Please note that due to the conformation of the mansard roof, the ceiling heights of the sleeping area, in some places, are lower than standard.

The apartment has a washing machine (€ 4.00 per wash, including single-serving detergent), iron, hair dryer, barbecue, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning and microwave oven.

The reservation for a stay at the scopellocase.it apartments can be made by contacting us in chat or at the numbers indicated on the "Contacts" page. It will be our responsibility to respond to the request promptly and, if necessary, to give instructions for booking.

The apartments are available after 15.00 (check-in). We kindly ask you to communicate your estimated time of arrival or any delays in order to guarantee our presence at the time of your arrival.

The apartments must be vacated by 9.30 a.m. (check-out). The quote will include additional costs for linen change and final cleaning. Tourist tax not included.

We would like to inform you that from 06/15/2023 to 09/07/2023 rentals are made WEEKLY, from Saturday to Saturday. For other periods we accept rentals of at least 3 nights.
